Your Rights

You have the right under the Railway Labor Act to organize and bargain collectively through representatives of your choosing and to be free from interference, influence, or coercion in your exercise of this free choice.

But remember, according to Delta’s Advocacy Policy, advocating for the union is only allowed in “non-work and non-operational areas, such as lounges.”

Print the Know Your Rights flyer below and keep it handy when you are on the job.
