IAM Staying

There are many questions regarding last week's disappointing news, but the most asked is, “Is the IAM ending its campaign?” The short answer is NO!

From the very beginning, the IAM pledged that this campaign belongs to Delta Flight Attendants and you have overwhelmingly indicated that

you want us to continue and help attain your ultimate goal of collective bargaining rights at Delta Air Lines.
The IAM will continue this campaign—even stronger—and will double our efforts to reach our shared goal. End the campaign? We aren’t even going to slow down.

Visibility continues, organizers remain active, IAM Delta Base Leads continue to order materials: The IAM is ALL-IN. The IAM has committed considerable resources to help your effort, and that will not change.

The IAM is still in the process of having our questions answered—which there are many—and we will communicate to every single Delta Flight Attendant when we have the answers to give them. We have communicated frequently and honestly throughout this campaign, and that too will not change.

The IAM is 100 percent committed to this campaign and will remain so until Delta Flight Attendants gain the collective bargaining rights you so deserve.

Thank you for your patience, commitment and solidarity.
